Return/Refund & Shipping Policy

RETURN POLICY:

>> all returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.

>> SALE and CUSTOM ORDERS items cannot be returned.

>> All apparel must be returned in new, unworn condition. All other products must be unused.

>> If an item you received is damaged or incorrect, please send it back with a note explaining the damage or email dutch.roots.co@gmail.com.

>> Return shipping cost is your responsibility.

>> Send all ELIGIBLE returns to: Dutch Roots || 16 E 7th St. El Paso, IL 61738

>> A refund to your original payment method will be processed 2-4 business days after the eligible item is received.

SHIPPING POLICY:

All order will be processed and shipped out within 7-10 business days. Please allow extra time for the package to arrive. We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping cost ranges from $1.00+, depending on the product.
